Follow the steps below to see an example
of how your project will be set up,
giving you 24-hour privileged access.

    Step One: Click on Sample HOA. When you are prompted to login, you will need to enter the following information:

      • Username: Client
      • Password: samplehoa.

    Step Two: When attempting to enter the Contract, Billing and Change Order areas (These areas will be restricted to administration only and involves a different username and password) you will need to enter the following information:

      • Username: Client
      • Password: finance

Once you are logged on you will have access to your project through our custom Project Monitor Menu:

Project Summary - Describes the existing conditions on your project and the scope of work to be done.

Project Schedule- Provides current and revised start dates, estimated and actual completion dates for your project. Each item is listed with the appreciate duration time and percentage of completion.

Project Updates & Photos - Gives you updates on the status of your project that will include a variety of photographs.

Final Inspection - Verifies all work has been completed per the construction manager and homeowner's association satisfaction.

Email Correspondence - Open communication between you and the project manager, site inspector and project administrator.

Contracts, Billing & Change Orders - Access to these areas is restricted to administrative personnel.
