EXPERIENCE
Holly Sanford is a Project Coordinator with the Construction
Management Division of CMA Consulting. As a Project Coordinator she is responsible
for distribution of specifications and bid packages for the retrofit repair
and qualification of contractors for the bid process. Miss Sanford provides
updates to Homeowner Association Board of Directors and members, she attends
pre-construction meetings, monitoring and providing project information
for the Company website for accuracy, creating project schedule with contractors
and sub-contractors.
Miss Sanford has over 2 years experience in construction
administration working with both residential and commercial properties.
Miss Sanford gained much of her experience working as the
Accounts Payable Manager/Administrative Assistant for a general contractor
in Nevada. She brings a contractors perspective to the company along with
an outlook from some of the other departments in a construction office setting.
As a project coordinator, Miss Sanford has been responsible
for the initial set up of new projects; ordering insurance, bonds, processing
of pre-liens, billings and lien releases and monthly billing of projects.
In addition, she has experience in preparation and review of design and
construction contracts, preparation of RFP’s for design and Construction
projects. She has managed construction and design payment applications for
accuracy, required back up, lien releases, waivers and compliance with contract
terms of payment.
Miss Sanford has taken many classes to help her achieve a
higher level of success in her position. To name a few: Microsoft Excel
Beginning and Intermediate, Typing and English 101. |
