Senior Project Manager & Construction Manager
EXPERIENCE
Sami R. Hindiyeh has over 25 years experience in construction,
project development, real estate development and construction management.
He provides on-site project management to some of the most complicated reconstruction
projects received by CMA. He is currently the General Manager for CMA Consulting
for Homeowners Association projects.
Mr. Hindiyeh is Licensed General Engineering, Building and
Plumbing Contractor, and Certified as a Building Inspector by the International
Conference of Building Officials, I.C.B.O., and has additional training
in the Uniform Building Codes. He has attended the Roofing Industry Educational
Institute and has had training in many aspects of Roofing Technology. He
has been trained at the U.S. Intec Inc. in Commercial Roofing, and also
has received Modified Bitumen Training. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent
and has attended Evergreen and Gavilan Colleges.
Mr. Hindiyeh has joined CMA as the Nevada Regional Manager.
Mr. Hindiyeh has performed site inspections, estimates of costs, and funding
studies for the replacement of major building components for over 200 homeowner
associations.
As a Manager of the CMA Construction Management, Inc., Mr.
Hindiyeh has worked with Engineers and Architects to complete
comprehensive projects for post litigation and public reconstruction
projects. Mr. Hindiyeh
has performed on-site inspections for over 100 projects for
specification compliance.
Prior to joining CMA, Mr. Hindiyeh was the owner of a Major
Construction Company in the bay area for the past 7 years. Later he was
the owner/partner of an engineering firm that focused on commercial projects,
duplexes and custom homes. He has managed several companies which have contributed
greatly to his working with people in the construction management process.
