Mr. Brian Buntjer is an Associate Project Manager for the Construction Management Division of CMA Consulting. He is reponsible for the daily inspection and review of projects for contract specification, plan and code compliance, coordination of notifications, change orders documentation in coordination with project manager and contract administrator, attending pre-bid job walks and pre-construciton meetings with contractors, preparation of daily reports for required level of quality control and field instructions.

Prior to working with CMA Consulting Mr. Buntjer has over 7 years of experience working in the commercial lighting industry where he held positions as Assistant Operations Manager, Field Auditor and Custom Design manager. In these position he was responsible for the preparation of quotes for commercial projects, purchasing, shipping and delivery of materials and completed projects, inventory control and customer relations, supervision of the manufacturing of lighting systems, scheduling project timelines, scheduling and direct supervision of crews, monitoring production to meet specifications and quality control. While in the field he was responsible for verifying and auditing existing client sites, custom design, layout and installation of lighting system with new commercial industry accounts throughout the West Coast, CA, OR, WA and ID. Commercial clients included PayLess Thrifty/Rite Aid Stores, McDonalds, and Macy’s department stores, Boeing Aircraft, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Public Schools.

Mr. Buntjer also brings over 8 years experience in exterior and interior residential painting where his responsibilities ranged from prep work, interior and exterior painting to creation of custom paint.
