EXPERIENCE
Mr. Bonsole came to us with marketing experience he attained
while working for a general contracting company in Nevada. He has knowledge
from both ends of the spectrum in construction management because of this.
Mr. Bonsole has prepared numerous presentations for many
of the Las Vegas, Nevada area community management companies, as well as
HOAs. He takes great pride in teaching boards the importance of having a
construction management company.
Mr. Bonsole is knowledgeable in many areas of construction
including commercial, residential, condominiums, industrial and institutional
making him exceptionally qualified to answer many questions homeowners,
BODs, HOAs & community managers may have.
